How do I create an account with HUMEN?

Here's how you can create an account with HUMEN

1. Visit our website and click on the "Log In" button or the profile icon from the header menu. Alternatively go the the Accounts Page

2. Fill in your email address with which you want to create your account. We will send you a login code on your email

3. Enter the 6 digit code and click Submit

Your account has now been created. You can now manage your Orders, Subscriptions and your HUMEN club points.

  • Log into your account on our website by clicking on "LOG IN" or the account icon from the header menu. You can alternatively visit the Accounts Page
  • Edit your personal information from "Profile"
  • Save changes to update your account details

What is The HUMEN Club?
The HUMEN Club is our loyalty program designed to reward our customers. You can earn points for actions like signing up, making different purchases, writing reviews and so on. You can then redeem these points for discounts, exclusive offers as well as special gifts.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting the Orders page.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

The shipping cost across countries differ as follows:

Europe: $15.99

Global: $19.99

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order on average in 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

Our best estimations for delivery timelines for different regions is as follows:

North America: 4 - 7 business days
Global: 6 - 16 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8 - 24 business days

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

What is the 14-day satisfaction guarantee?

If you’re not satisfied with a product, we will provide you a refund for the cost of that product (excluding any additional fees). Contact Customer Support through our Help Center chatbot on our site or in writing via hello@humen.club within 14 days of the initial order date.

Please note: the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee refund does not include any shipping fees, customs fees or any other additional fees.

Where can I return my order?

To receive a full refund, please return your unopened full-size order to our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note your proof of return must include either an active return tracking number or a photo of your package clearly labeled with a return destination and postage.
